HCMC or mental health history scan of the patient Pía Guevara, narrates the first hospitalization of the patient during the period from March the 24th to  June the 15th  2007. During this period latent schizophrenia was diagnosed with the paranoid effect. This history is a printout of the treatment and progress made in the Metal Health Clinic Virgen del Carmen of Popayan. Throughout history, patient records, laboratory tests and diagnostic images can be seen the anguish of the obsession with Pía. Pía schizophrenia increased, from the perspective of its clinical and analytical psychiatrist Dr. Fernando Caicedo.
